I work in a very toxic work environment, and I need to ask for prayer for the two leaders and the bully. The bully isn't being held accountable for their actions because the manager and another employee donโt like confrontation. HR has been informed twice, and a third complaint is being filed with HR, which is postponing the conversation. There is a power struggle, and I have been silently demoted. I just want out with a 6-month severance package. Anonymous
