Doug Sauder has been the lead pastor of Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale since May 2014. Prior to this, he was a founding member of 4KIDS and an associate pastor at Calvary Chapel since 2000. He and his wife Suzanne, married since 1993, have three sons: Jackson, Kaden, and Kennedy.

Javan Shashaty, a South Florida native, graduated from Calvary Christian Academy and Liberty University. Called into ministry at a youth camp, he’s served at Calvary Chapel since 2015, previously as Next Gen pastor, with a passion for discipleship and God’s Word.

In 2008, Duane Roberts and his wife Adeline found their church home at Calvary Chapel Boynton Beach. Ordained in 2010, Duane is passionate about shepherding, teaching God’s Word, and supporting those facing struggles, with a heart for growth in Boynton Beach. 

Pastor Mike Leger has served at Calvary for 23 years, starting as youth pastor at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale. He and his wife Heather, married for 20 years, have four children. Mike loves spending time outdoors with his family and connecting with others.

After accepting Jesus, Brian Quigley was led to Calvary Chapel, where he grew in faith and met his wife, Margo, a single mom. They married and had a son, Wyatt. Brian loves the strong sense of family and community in the church, located in a diverse neighborhood.

Pastor Steve Daigle has been with Calvary since 2005 and in ministry since 2015. He and his wife Kim, along with their children, Daniel, Abel, Providence, and Joshua, prayed for a church in Parkland. God answered by guiding them to plant one in their city.

Pastor Chris Baselice has served at Calvary since 2002 and was ordained in 2011. He and his wife Shona, high school sweethearts married for 13 years, have three children: Savannah, Elijah, and Jacob. Chris loves family pool time followed by ice cream outings!

Pastor Jonathan and Olivia Gomez met while Salsa dancing and began attending Calvary Chapel in 2009. Through a premarital class, Olivia found Jesus, and Jonathan rededicated his life. Soon after, they were baptized, married, and committed to Jesus' mission.

Pastor Anthony Scibelli and his wife, Jada, have been part of Calvary since 2011. They serve at Calvary Chapel West Boca with their four children. The family enjoys camping, swimming, and board games. Pastor Anthony emphasizes ministry starting at home and values strong family faith.

Pastor Dan Hickling leads the Calvary Chapel Online Campus. He and his wife Becky, married since 1997 with two children, Lauren and Danny, have been part of CCFL since 1997 and in full-time ministry since 1999.
