FAQ

How much does Kids Conference cost?

The pricing for Kids Conference is as follows:

$89 through June 1st

$99 thereafter (Closing June 15th)

Can I invite a child that doesn't attend Calvary?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it. If your child doesn’t attend Calvary, or has a friend who doesn’t attend Calvary, we’d love to have them!

What time should I check in my child?

Check in starts at 5:30pm each night of the event and goes until the event starts at 6pm.

Do I have to check in my child?

Yes, a parent or guardian must be present when checking in each child.

Can I stay with my child at the event?

We encourage parents to drop off their children and pick them up at 9pm once the event is over. However, parents are invited to hang out in the Generous Cafe as it will be open and offering all services. On Friday night, we would love for you to join us for a special Parent Talk from 6–9pm in the Calvary Halls with dinner provided.

Is food provided?

A snack will be provided each day.

Will my child need to bring any materials?

Make sure your child brings their lanyard every day of the conference. Early pickup for shirts and lanyards will be available a few weeks before the event, keep a lookout in your email for that information.

Can I purchase a ticket for just one night of Kids Conference?

Ticket pricing for the event is the same no matter how many days your child attends. We recommend you snag tickets as soon as possible as they will run out before the event, so don’t wait!

Can I avoid check in lines on the first day by checking my child in early?

Yes. Early T-shirt and lanyard pickup will be available at the Fort Lauderdale campus in the kids ministry hallway after services on the following weekends before Kids Conference: June 7-8, 14-15 and 21-22. If you check in your child early on one of these dates, make sure they arrive at Kids Conference with their proper lanyard and t-shirt given to them at check-in.
