We’ve made it easier than ever for you to access a prior year contribution statement and for you to view your current year giving in real time! Just follow these simple steps:

1. Visit CalvaryFTL.org and click the “Login” link in the upper righthand corner of the page from your computer or mobile device.
2. If you don’t remember your login  information, please select either “Forgot Password” to reset your password or “Send Code” to get access to your account. Please note, the code will only be sent to the e-mail address or phone number we have on file.
3. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your name appear. Click on your name and then click “My Account.”
4. To access downloadable PDFs of prior years, click on “My Contribution Statements.”
