All campuses and church on-site activities and events have resumed as normal.
For the latest updates, follow @CalvaryFTL on social media. Let’s continue to join in prayer for the state of Florida and all those who have been affected by recent storms. You can help those in need by checking out the Volunteer Crisis Opportunities below.
As your church family, we care about you and want you to be prepared! Even storms well off the coastline can cause dangerous flooding, destructive winds, and powerful tornadoes. Please visit the National Hurricane Center’s Preparedness webpage to make sure you and your family have what you need ready to go before the stores are bombarded during a threat.
And as you prepare, don’t forget to check on your neighbors to ensure they’re prepared, too! Lend a helping hand to the people on your street, particularly those who would have trouble preparing on their own. If you are new to the area and unfamiliar with how to board up and protect your home, here is a video we’ve found to be helpful.
Throughout this hurricane season, you can check back here for any updates or information whenever the threat of a hurricane strikes.
Please call our hurricane hotline at 954-556-4510 or e-mail us here!
In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, there are many opportunities to help our affected neighboring communities and show the love of Jesus to those who have experienced loss. Learn how you can help by volunteering for a crisis relief team, give to relief and restoration, or donate disaster relief items.
Church United is mobilizing South Florida churches to respond to the devastation caused by Hurricane Ian. Relief teams are being organized to help those who are in need and show the love of Jesus to those who have experienced loss. The last scheduled trip from Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale was on Saturday, November 5.
If you wish to continue to serve the community of Fort Myers, for day or overnight trips, you can sign up to volunteer directly through Samaritan’s Purse.
