There’s a great need for the demonstration of empathy in this day. By definition, empathy means to have compassion for someone or the ability to understand somebody else’s needs or feelings. In this season of giving, there’s no better time to exercise this radical love . . . to open up our homes, deliver meals to families, and show the love and compassion of Jesus to our neighbors in need.
This November, our church—along with many other churches throughout Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties—will be participating in a campaign called Love South Florida. Our first opportunity to be part of this amazing initiative is through our FoodShare Ministry.

Show the love of Jesus and help those in need by donating the nonperishable food items listed below. We’ll be collecting items throughout the month of October and November as we seek to put together Thanksgiving food boxes to deliver to families in need.

Don’t miss out on this great outreach opportunity where we’ll show love to the people in our communities that need some help this Thanksgiving. We’re going to bring Thanksgiving boxes to various homes, pray with families, and share the love of Jesus.
