Welcome to M.A.D. Circuit Training where the M.A.D. stands for muscle and devotion. This class starts off with 15 minutes of devotion from the Word of God followed by 40 minutes of intense, full-body circuit training and ends with prayer. So we invite and challenge you to come fellowship with us.

Cost is $2 at the door, no registration required.
