Circuit Core Women’s Fitness

Thursday, August 18 | 8:00am - 9:00am | Fort Lauderdale

Cardio and strength training. Class includes a mixture of cardio and muscle specific exercises with a heavy emphasis on core strengthening. Participants can adapt the class to any fitness level. Class begins at 8am with a Bible study. Workout is 45 min. Class ends with prayer.
