The heart of the Human Resources Department at CCFL is to encourage others to walk worthy of the calling; to be humble, gentle, and patient; to bear with one another in love, and to make every effort to keep unity (Ephesians 4:1–3). HR supports and encourages employees and prospective employees in their calling to discover where the Lord will have them serve Him. They also walk alongside supervisors, pastors, and staff members in various aspects of their responsibilities, always focusing on how to improve ministry effectiveness in order to honor and glorify the Lord.
