The Family Ministry supports the families of Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale by providing training and counseling in a Christ-centered environment. Worship services and teachings are uniquely targeted for children, middle schoolers, and high schoolers. This ministry serves not only families within our church, but also children and families throughout our community. Outreaches include a program for unwed mothers (His Caring Place), support for abused and neglected children (4KIDS of South Florida), and private adoption services (Adoption 4KIDS).

The Family Ministry is excited to offer you the opportunity to go on a mission trip in Nassau, Bahamas with your children. This will be our sixth family trip giving parents the opportunity to minister alongside their children (6 years of age and older) on the mission field. Our hope is that every family that participates will:
1) meet the needs presented to them in Nassau
2) share their faith as a family
3) develop closer family bonds as they do ministry together
4) develop an expanded view of the world and God’s love for the poor.
